Update with a few more issues.
Bad vertex colors will be fixed on the terrace roof, causing snow shader to look grey/black: http://i.imgur.com/yhqFFgy.jpg
This fix will be across 3 meshes:
\meshes\architecture\windhelm\whtempletalos3.nif (initial report)
Also found UV errors on them and a badly edged-looped column on the whtempletalos3.nif mesh.
I don't think separate tracker entries are necessary since they are all part of the Temple of Talos building.
