This is one of the quests that have been set up to not use all of the actors that are filled in the aliases at quest start. In the startup stage, a random number of actors to be placed is calculated and all aliases beyond this number are cleared (and the actors are deleted). Consequently, the aliases must NOT be flagged non-optional.
