Issue #22565: Windhelmbridge2.nif: Texture/decal load problem

Textures inside windhelm bridge guard quarters switch as you move closer/further from the wall ( next to the drawer )

Decal problem perhaps?

I can confirm the issue but have no idea how practical it would be to attempt to fix it. It's also a problem in Classic Skyrim (not just Skyrim Special Edition).

Examples:

wardrobe [Form ID: 000a85b6] (wall to the left)
bookshelf [Form ID: 000a85b7] (wall to the right)
bookshelf [Form ID: 000a85b8] (wall to the left)

Personally I'd say not, but since my knowledge of meshes is low maybe Hana or someone else should be asked.
