Issue #22980: Dawnguard NPC Celann appears to be wearing the wrong set of armor

Apparently Celann is supposed to be wearing the grey variant of the dawnguard light armor with the one pauldron, like in the first screenshot taken from the Elder Scrolls Wiki, however he is wearing the grey variant of the heavy armor as seen in the second screenshot.

Celann was intended to wear heavy armor rather than light armor since his stats show that he is more proficient in heavy. This was why the patch changed it some time ago.
Celann and Ingjard have a skill configuration for heavy armor but are incorrectly set to use light armor. (Issue #19460)

The only thing wrong here is that he has the well-fitted custom fit perk (which is for light armor users). He should have the heavy armor well fitted perk instead.

Oh that was a change made by USSEP? Didn't realise that but don't you mean Custom Fit? Well Fitted is a Heavy Armor perk iirc.

It was a USLEEP/USSEP change back in v3.0.1 (which was released in early 2016).

And yes, I meant he has the custom fit perk and should be using the well fitted perk. I got the two backwards (in my comment) but have made the correct change in the CK.
