Issue #23286: Animal Allegiance shout can get followers killed

If you use the Animal Allegiance shout when your follower has already entered combat with an animal, the animal will continue to fight the follower. (This doesn't happen if you use the shout while the follower hasn't arrived yet or before the animal turns hostile.) What's worse, the follower may be killed by the animal, i.e. their Protected status doesn't work against it anymore. In one instance, my follower (Stenvar, I think) also became hostile to me; but I haven't been able to reproduce that part.

This is related to Issue #21554, but the problem is less acute with summons since they are not supposed to be Protected.

This could be a bit tricky since 10 spell effects use the common script [VoiceCharmFactionScript]. I've altered it so that any NPC in the follower slot and any animal in the animal follower slot will stop combat once this shout effect has been triggered. There will be no way for this to account for any additional aliases added to DialogueFollower by mods, and any other follower system not based on the vanilla system won't be affected either, but this should cure the biggest portion of the problem for standard vanilla followers.
