With the previous fixes to that script, this appears ito happen only f you reload a game in the same cell as you quit it, WITHOUT leaving to desktop between leaving and reloading. It appears that the state the monkey was in when you left the game is still in the memory when you reload it, but the script will start from the point stored in your save. As a result, animations may be called out of order.

There's nothing I can do here.
