Regarding one of the gaps - you listed FormID 040274E8 - which is a waterfall (not a rock). I don't know if that's the area where the gap is or not, but I can't seem to find it based upon the screenshot and FormID you've provided. If you can double-check when you have time and maybe provide an ID of something smaller right next to it that would be a big help. It's entirely possible I'm overlooking it, but that's a very large area and the screenshot only shows what looks to be a rock or rock cliff which could match a number of possible locations.

Again it seems Skyrim Special Edition is fooling me with the IDs
I clicked everywhere to get the ID, after loading a character save with Skyrim Legendary Edition i got another ID for it
Now it is 040286F2 for the rock/mountain formation but to be sure i got the ID for a nearby tree 04033F90.

Happy New Year !!

That made it easy to find, thanks.

For some reason, it's sometimes harder to get the correct FormIDs with SSE. This happens to me too when trying to select trees, plants, and certain other objects in the 64-bit (SSE) CK.
