Resolution: Can't Fix - Engine Issue

Issue #23726: Empty Cell Space Visible Inside of Fort Hagan Satellite Array

There are several sections of Fort Hagan Satellite Array (cell: DLC01ForHaganSatelliteArray01) where you see empty cell space instead of seeing through space like you normally would. Screenshots have been attached. Closest REF IDs to affected areas are xx0088B6 (a shipping container), xx0047B9 (another shipping container), xx00AB02 (a metal poster frame) and xx008F1F (a cinderblock stacked on top of another cinderblock).

There's nothing wrong in the editor. Apparently, the precombs are supplying the engine with wrong visibility data.

To make this clear: I do not think that recalculating the precombs would make anything better. In my opinion, there's something fundamentally wrong with the algoruthm that calculates the pre-vis data. Simply because this issue mostly occurs in situations where the objects behind a narrow gap can only be seen from a very narrow angle. The pre-vis data then treat them as invisible even though all laws of ray and quantum optics tell the opposite. There appears to be some threshhold paramter for the caöculations, either for the frustum (i.e. the "angle of view" ) or for the width of the gap; whatever it is, it doesn't appear to have been reasonably chosen.

BTW, the same issue applies to two houses with a narrow gap between them, somewhere in the area between Trinity Tower and Atomatoys HQ: when you look through the gap, you only see a blue void, although you can easily confirm (by simply walking around the corner) that there are other houses on the other side of the gap, and once you have made it to that side, they suddenly are rendered.
