WorkshopNPCScript apparently tried to get the workshop of an unassigned actor.

Interestingly, that script has all the necessary sanity checks in case WorkshopParentScript returns a 'none' workshop. Thus, whoever wrote that code expected that the function on WorkshopParentScript would be able to handle calls from unassigned workshop NPCs or objects (i.e. with workshopID = -1 passed in) and to return 'none' in those cases.

Sadly however, the function on WorkshopParentScript was never designed to handle this and will just fail.

Added a check to the GetWorkshop() function on WorkshopParentScript to return 'none' if an invalid workshopID is passed in.
