If an object is loaded, it should have an animation graph manager. Period.

OnLoad() won't fire until everything relating to the object is initialized (this includes the animation graph manager) and the object has 3D. Likewise, the engine won't consider an object as loaded until 3D is loaded and all the other stuff has been initialized.

Thus, "loaded" and "no animation graph manager" are mutually exclusive statements. If it happens anyway, that's an engine issue.

We cannot fix those types of errors, so please stop reporting them.
