Issue #24755: Sneak

Sneak has been found to have increased even with no sneaking. At start of game after binds are cut. All other skills are normal.

From Issue #24757:
The "Unbound" Sneak increase bug applies to other races without crouching, which means those not leveling Sneak will have to use "Live Another Life" mod to have no increase for that skill, and no Vanilla Start. So until that's fixed, mods will need to be used. This could be a problem getting a character to 81 without mods. I've tried this with mods disabled.

I should add that this is happening with the Nord. Not sure of other races.

Update: The bug affects the game without the patch, so the severity should've been set to medium or high. I know there's the Dragon Soul respec from Dragonborn, so I didn't want to blow it out of proportion. I've also tried Nord with "Live Another Life", seems to affect Vanilla Start with execution.

Someone needs to better define the method in which to reproduce this because I cannot on PC and I've tried with and without LAL. The obvious thing here is that sneak should NOT be increasing unless you're actually sneaking.

I'm not sure if this affects PC, but it definitely affects XBox One. Not sure how this happens as you can't see Skills until you're free. Also don't know about PS4, but it's still an issue Bethesda needs to resolve.

Update: I'm going to do what I can to figure this out, so I'll make a new character on Vanilla Start. I was thinking about it and was wondering if an animation being counted could be the culprit, perhaps even the one before gaining control of the Dragonborn? If not, it's certainly a bug.

Update: Even with no mods and save data and reserved space deleted, the bug persists. It seems this may just have been an oversight on Bethesda's part and they should be contacted, as I know not everyone will use mods.
