Issue #24923: hunter trade issue - no gold for sold items

I'm not sure whether you'll be able to fix this, but it's quite annoying :

when you barter with an elf hunter in a camp by the river (not far from the Standing Stones -> see attached save), the items you are selling are removed from your inventory, but you receive not gold in return. And yes - I'm aware that some items have value '0' - I'm not talking about these.
When you buy items from her, the proper amount is removed from your purse, but it's not added to hers.
I gave it a try multiple times using both E key / mouse click to accept the transaction - each attempt was a failure.
I don't have any mods installed, besides USSEP.
I'm playing fully updated TES Skyrim Special Edition from Steam (bought it this week).

EDIT (there's no 'edit' option -- thus a comment) :

it seems that ALL HUNTERS ARE FLAWED, not only the one by the Standing Stones near Riverwood.
For example I managed to 'sell' 10 wolf pelts / 3gp each for a total of 30 gp -- to a hunter with 10 gp on him. And I received 0 gp in the process ;)
So it seems that there is no way to sell anything to a hunter - you can only buy stuff from them.

BTW, here's some important data missing from my original bug report :

-- game version : Skyrim SE
-- Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch version : 266-4-1-4

The following fix is in the change log under USKP v1.0:
When bartering with wilderness Hunters, they will no longer take sold player items (which then disappear from their inventory) without paying for them, and gold paid to them by the player for their items will now properly add to their gold store (they were missing their merchant container; all Hunters will now share a common one for their faction so items sold to one be bought from another)

thanks for a swift response, BlackPete.

I'm no modding expert so please correct me if I got it wrong : you guys managed to fix this well-known issue (found reports on it dating back to 2012) in 'vanilla' Skyrim unofficial patch (USKP), but then the Special Edition came out - and due to its' 'inner workings' or platform restrictions you cannot simply re-apply this fix to the 'redux' ?

I assume the special edition patch (USSEP) is independent from the previous unofficial patches, so I cannot simply apply USKP followed by USSEP, right ?

One more thing : is the USSEP a cross-platform solution (xbx / ps / pc) ? If so and if PS4's restrictions are a problem, can I hope for a pc-only / pc + xbx fix ? I imagine such forks could be tedious from your perspective so I don't get my hopes too high.

The 'hunter trade' issue may not be a deal-breaker (especially that hunting in Skyrim does not seem to be a very lucrative task - they often carry only a few gold pieces on them ;) ), but it breaks immersion - and open world RPG games such as TES are all about immersion

ok, my bad -- USSEP already fixes this issue -- I simply failed to enable it

I manually extracted the files to /data folder and checked that USSEP appeared on in-game mod list -- but haven't noticed a missing tick by it ..

Apologies for a false alarm, please mark this issue as fixed or obsolete (I don't seem to have the proper rights to close it by myself)

Thank you BlackPete for your assistance and - KUDOS to you guys for making this great game even better
