Issue #25305: MQ203BabyScript - animation graph error

The script plays a sequence of two animations in its OnLoad event. There is a problem though because MQ023Script may call animations on the reference while the OnLoad() event is being processed, causing animation graph errors both on this script and MQ203Script.

I added a tracking bool as a hidden property, so the animation state can now be checked by both scripts The required modifications to MQ203Script are included in the fixes for #25214.
